CG Controls High Resolution Code Reading Platform is a desktop system, based on Cognex Vision Pro technology, designed to decode high density Data Matrix, Barcodes and Text on standard trays (such as JEDEC matrix trays) of integrated circuits (ICs), modules and other components.
The system utilises a high resolution line-scan camera, dual on and off axis lighting and a linear slide to traverse the camera across the tray to generate a 130 MegaPixel image.
The platform can also be used to perform other vision inspection tasks requiring ultra-high resolution imaging.
